Rental Information

Follow these steps to rent a campsite:
1. Complete either the Troop Camp Facility Rental Form or
the Service Unit Event Facility Rental Form
2. Submit completed form with payment to:
     GSCWM Information & Referral Center
     P.O. Box 558, Leeds, MA 01053
     or call 800-462-9100.
     Completed forms and payment for reservations made
     over the phone need to be received within one week after
     reservation is made.
3. Please submit copies of applicable certifications (i.e. first
     aid, lifeguard, archery instructor, etc.) with rental form.
4. Confirmation packets will be sent as the request is filled.
     If requested sites are not available, you will be contacted.


Property Descriptions

Bonnie Brae, East Otis, MA - Nestled in the Berkshire Mountains, Camp Bonnie Brae allows girls and their families to experience the beauty of New England during all four seasons. Resident camp is held in the summer months and during the Fall, Winter and Spring, the facility is available for rental for both large and small group camping experiences. Canoes, rowboats and paddleboats are available for a leisurely cruise around Big Pond, as well as sports equipment and a sports field. And, don't forget the Challenge Course. Bonnie Brae also boosts winterized facilities available for rental to troops, families and other groups interested in experiencing the tranquil, winter beauty of the Berkshires. Cross-country skis and snow shoes are available for use during your stay.

Green Eyrie, Harvard, MA – Camp Green Eyrie is situated on 52 acres and boasts some magnificent shoreline on Bare Hill Pond, allowing users an abundance of water activities. The facilities include 4 tent sites, a primitive unit, several seasonal cabins and two winterized buildings - a small dining hall and a multi-purpose lodge overlooking the lake. Your group can keep busy on the athletic field, archery range, the team challenge course and the waterfront.
Watercraft including row boats, canoes, sailboats, and one and two person kayaks are available for rent.

Green Eyrie is nestled in acres of pine forest, oak groves and wetlands making it perfect for science activities and nature exploration.

Hickory Hill, Whitinsville, MA – Camp Hickory Hill sits in the heart of the Blackstone Valley.
Encompassing 5 acres of land with frontage on Mendon Pond, the site is presently available to groups for day use only. Canoes and kayaks are available for rent. The camp has a stream flowing throughout which provides an excellent site for water study programs. The waterfront is also conducive for swimming and boating. This facility has no ranger close by, so groups should be prepared to manage themselves. Water is turned on late in the spring and maintenance is done primarily in preparation for summer day camp.

There is no fee to use this site.

Kinnebrook, Chester, MA – Camp Kinnebrook is situated on 9 ½ acres of land which is owned by the Girl Scouts, but is surrounded by over 250 acres of conservation land and is a primitive camp. Girls and adults of all ages love this property because of the beautiful brook that runs through it. The main part of the property has a wonderful lodge that features gas appliances (stove, refrigerator, lights), a wood stove for heat, beds and an activity area. Two platform tent units are found just outside the lodge. One unit on the hill has four platform tents, picnic tables with a dining fly and fireplaces for cooking and gathering and the other just down the hill with two platform tents, picnic table, dining fly and cooking area. Trails wind their way through the property and a large field is located on the other side of the brook. This camp is open year round – of course you may have to snow shoe in during the winter.

Laurel Wood, Spencer, MA – Camp Laurel Wood is situated alongside the Stiles Reservoir and spans over 225 acres, including a 46 acre wildlife sanctuary and large meadow. The program facilities include numerous hiking trails, a brand new archery range and a waterfront perfect for boating and swimming.

Canoes, paddle boats and row boats are available for rent. The camp offers two winterized
accommodations. Green Lodge has a spacious kitchen and can be used as a large indoor gathering area, while Gage Center offers possibilities for smaller groups. Four platform tent units provide seasonal housing for over 100 people.

Lewis Perkins, South Hadley, MA – Camp Lewis Perkins is a great camp for those who still like the convenience of home – cabins with electricity, flush toilets, pavilions with lights, running water and cooking areas. A large playing field, basketball and volleyball courts, in-ground swimming pool and trails make for fun troop camping. This camp has a kitchen that groups can share as well as a large dining hall that is great for activities. This camp is perfect for those troops camping for the first time. This camp is open from May 1 – the middle of October.

Marion White, Richmond, MA – Camp Marion White is located in the Berkshires on Richmond Pond. For girls who love the water or horseback riding, this is the camp for you. Canoeing, kayaking, sailing or swimming can be arranged while you stay at camp. Across the road is a horse farm that provides opportunities for riding. Your shelter will be platform tents with outdoor fireplaces for cooking. A large log lodge is available for large groups or shared rainy day activities. A winterized section of the lodge is open year round and has a kitchen, wood stove and fireplace. This property is great for day trips as well as overnights. CMW is open all year.

Neyati, Leicester, MA – Camp Neyati is a 59 acre site which sits opposite Camp Laurel Wood on Stiles Reservoir. It is a rustic camp with two platform tent areas offering overnight housing for up to 60 people and three other sites offering picnic shelters, cooking fireplaces, and areas for primitive tent camping. Buildings are not winterized and use is seasonal. The waterfront is suitable for boating and swimming. Canoes, paddleboats, and rowboats are available for rent. This facility has recently been closed, but please call for its current use status.

Shepherd’s Hollow, Leeds, MA – Shepherd’s Hollow consists of 40 acres of undeveloped land behind the Leeds Service Center. The property features a number of different ecosystems and a certified vernal pool. A universally accessible trail system is being developed, with one ½ mile loop completed. There is an indoor visitor’s center and the property is available, free of charge and open to the public, year-round
